 Hi, I’m Rangita, the Founder and Owner of 123-VA “Virtual Assistant” services.

IMG_7743Since I started 123-VA in 2011, I’ve met and worked with people from many diverse backgrounds and cultures, people I wouldn’t normally encounter in my daily life.  We can’t do everything by ourselves in our business if we want to make it a success which means sourcing, engaging and working with the right people who become part of the business team. I am a part of many business teams providing daily, regular or flexible support when required. I absolutely love what I do and thrive on the variety and challenges I’m tasked to complete.  No two days are the same.

I am fluent with Microsoft Office applications which I use to create and automate many routine business tasks and processes. I also actively engage with many social networks to promote and generate business leads. I use this knowledge and expertise to support my clients with on-line marketing as part of their overall marketing strategy

The Personal Touch….123-va is not a large enterprise or an Agency with faceless VA’s (“Virtual” Assistants).  With modern technology at our fingertips, it is easy to maintain communications with clients and share information via Dropbox, Skype, E-mail, Phone and social media… no matter where they are in the world,  I liaise and work directly with all my clients to ensure that you as a business owner, will receive continuity and a reliable service, and help you to manage, grow and make your business successful as if it was my own!
