Plan your day with a default diary

Do you ever feel that you’re running around like a headless chicken with lots to do but not actually getting anything done?

You’re so good at delivering what your clients want that you omit to deliver what your business (or home) demands from you. Because there is so much to do, you don’t know where to start or when it will all finish.  Clutter clogs the mind .. so clear that clutter by creating a Default Diary.  Writing it down and seeing it in print is one step to becoming more organised.. knowing what you need to do and when.  A default diary is not a to-do list, it’s a block of time when you have planned to get your specific to-do’s done.

Plan what you will do, on what day and at what time… that is things which are usually static, that you need, or want, to get done at a certain time each day.  For exmaple, “publish blog 3.00pm every Friday”; “Tele-marketing every Thursday 9-12pm”; “Yoga 8:00 am every Sunday”;  etc.  Perhaps shopping can also be included in there if you always do your shopping at a regular time. If not, leave blocks of time free when anything goes.

And anything you don’t want to do… Delegate !

If you need a default diary template, I’ve got one.  Fill out the form below and I’ll send you a copy.
